Confirm your dates, 

On confirming your travel dates, the House of Orsini Concierge service will organise all your appointments, local transport and accommodation/hotel booking. Once you arrive, your appointed International Patient Care Executive will pick you up from the Airport and provide all the required assistance throughout your stay

Get assistance from admission to discharge

At the hospital, beginning with the admission process, doctor consultations and treatment, all the way to recovery and discharge, our international patient services buddies will be with you every step of the way. Following successful treatment, the doctor will advise you on post-treatment care and follow-up assistance for future appointments, if required

Follow-up after going home via Telemedicine

House of Orsini Concierge servicemakes it easy to contact your doctor once you are back home through our user friendly online phone, video or email consultation service. You can connect with any of our doctors at the click of a button.

On discharge from the hospital we assist you with all your post hospitalisation queries, arrange all your medical reports, support you through the discharge process and finally drop you back to the airport and even see you till the aircraft door.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the world imposed the regulations regarding a permission to enter, including the quarantine upon arrival.

House of Orsini Concierge service remains ready to accept the patients to provide state-of-the-art healthcare as well as quarantine of the patients and their companions during this difficult time.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE APPROVAL PROCESS

1. A patient’s passport copy with a certified signature.
2. A companion’s passport(s) copy(ies) with a certified signature(s). [max. 3 companions, 1 only preferred]
3. An updated medical report with relevant investigation results.
4. An Affidavit of Support.* (Only for patient with companions.)
5. A Referral Letter from a doctor in a current country, stating the need to seek treatment in that Hospital.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

1. The Certificate of Entry (COE).
2. A valid visa. (Only for countries that require Visa).
3. A flight ticket. 
4. A COVID-19 test result within 72 hours before departure. (DO NOT attempt to get the COVID-19 test before the approval is confirmed.)
